Kagame Addresses G20 Africa Partnership Meeting, touches on climate change

President Paul Kagame today addressed the G20 Africa Partnership meeting in Berlin, Germany.

Themed “Investing in a Common Future,” the meeting brings together 19 top economies and the European Union bloc forming the G20, and a select African countries to discuss ways to spur private investment in areas of employment and infrastructure.
