California drought: no snow to replenish reservoirs for the first time in 75 years - video
The 1 April snowpack survey indicates how much water California will have in its reservoirs after its wet season. For the first time in 75 years, the snow course contains no snow whatsoever. Governor Jerry Brown has ordered a 25% reduction in statewide water use as experts say a massive response is needed to confront California's drought, now running into its fourth year.
